XU Gallagher Food Court

Universal was thrilled to once again partner with Xavier University as the Construction Manager for the renovation of the Gallagher Food Court.

The project was a complete demolition and new construction of cooking, back-of-house, point-of-sales and dining areas within Xavier University’s Student Center.

Our work consisted of:

• New MEP including underground plumbing
• New finishes
• Fire doors
• Kitchen equipment
• Epoxy flooring
• Casework
• Ceilings
• Furniture
• Graphics

The biggest challenge of this project was to perform this work while the students were in session, and to coordinate work and deliveries to present the least impact to the owner.

This project was completed in January 2019.
