Universal Contracting performed as the General Trades contractor for the new construction of a 5-story, 185,000 SF mixed-use classroom and office building.

• Operable Partitons

• Masonry

• Overhead Coiling Doors

• Unistrut Ceiling Systems

• Slab Edge Insulation Systems

• Temporary weather barriers in all exterior openings

• Entrance Floor Grilles

• Toilet Accessories

• Louvers

• Casework

This project was completed over the span of two years, from March 2021-March 2023.
