The Banks Lot 28 and Cincinnati Black Music Walk of Fame

The Banks Lot 28 was a 15,000 square-foot parking garage with a 33,000 square-foot park on the upper level.  This park came to be known as the Cincinnati Black Music Walk of Fame.
