PNC Cold Springs ADA Upgrades

Universal Contracting is serving as the General Contractor for the demolition and reconstruction of the entire parking lot involving various exterior site upgrades including asphalt, concrete flat work, curbs, sidewalks, and landscaping.

Our scope includes:

• Milling
• Paving
• Line Striping
• Demolition
• Concrete Curbs
• Concrete Sidewalks
• Flatwork (ADA Parking Pads)
• Signage
• Landscaping

This project is expected to be completed by mid-September 2023.
