PNC Beavercreek ADA Upgrades

Universal Contracting is serving as the General Contractor for the demolition and reconstruction of the entire parking lot involving various exterior site upgrades including asphalt, concrete flat work, curbs, sidewalks, and landscaping.

Our scope includes:

• Demolition
• Concrete Curbs & Sidewalks
• Concrete Flatwork including ADA Parking Pads
• Asphalt and Line Striping
• Signage
• Landscaping
• Concrete Vehicle Ramp

This project is expected to be completed by the end of June 2023.
