PNC at Village Terrace
The construction of this 3,500 square foot bank consisted of precast wall panels that are constructed of light gauge metal framed walls with exterior brick veneer, structural steel, and wood trusses, all set on poured concrete foundations. Roofing is metal panels with thermal plastic membrane roofing over the offices and shared spaces. The glazing system is made up of triple glass panels, including the clearstory which allows natural light to shine in. The millwork is made up of plastic laminate and straw board, and the flooring is a combination of marble tile and recycled carpet. This bank is designed and constructed following the guidelines of the U.S. Green Building Council (U.S.G.B.C.), meeting requirements for a Gold level from LEED.
