Margaritaville Restaurant

Universal Contracting completed the build-out of the Margaritaville Cincinnati, located inside of the new Horseshoe Casino in February 2013. This is an 18,000 square foot restaurant and retail space. The project features a raised concrete deck bar, second story mezzanine with DJ booth, and a live performance stage. Other features include colored concrete, architectural woodwork, and decorative metals. The interior design theme of a rustic beach bar, complete with a bait shop dining and retail area and full size palm tree decorations throughout.
