Hirsch Recreation Center

Universal is proud to have renovated the Hirsch Recreation Center for the Cincinnati Recreation Commission and for the community. This project consisted of the complete renovation of the existing recreation center with multiple additions and upgrades.

Our scope of work included:

• Renovation of restrooms, ceilings, flooring, and a refurbished gym floor
• Addition of a multi-purpose room, fitness room, lobby, parking lot, egress stairs, an accessible entrance, and an elevator
• New pool and miscellaneous repairs to exterior pool
• New entrance to adjacent ball fields
• Upgraded fire suppression system
• Addition of an exterior drinking fountain
• Upgraded mechanical, electrical and plumbing

This project was completed in September 2019
