The Banks BP6 Lot 23/27 Garage & Race St. Turnaround

Universal Contracting partnered with Messer Construction
as the General Trades Contractor for the Banks Lot 23 Park, and Lot 23/27 Garage Signage and Security. The new
construction added a new park on lot 23, that has artificial turf, granite, and new landscaping. The new construction also added new site furnishings, new stainless steel railing, and new outdoor lighting. The new park on lot 23, also is used as an outdoor music venue.

This $8.9 Million dollar project was completed in May of 2021.
