With our unique method of construction management services, Universal becomes part of your Project Team right at the beginning of the development phase of your project. In this type of relationship, Universal Contracting reviews, discusses, and advises from start to finish on issues like budget evaluations, constructability reviews, value engineering, schedule analysis, and bid package structuring.

In addition, we direct the construction phase of the project by performing services such as holding pre-award conferences with all the trade contractors, awarding actual trade contracts, processing shop drawings, supervising the selected trade contractors throughout the entire construction process, supervising completeness, quality, and accuracy of the work in place, and preparing the project closeout documents.
